Before I started my business – when I was working a corporate job in Atlanta – working from a coffeeshop all day was a DREAM of mine! You too can take your coffee house vibes playlist into real life with these dreamy, delicious and functional spots!
Java House – Carmel & Midtown Plaza
Sleek, modern, and made for focus. The cold brew on tap is a must-try, and there’s plenty of room to spread out and dive into your inbox. They also have private rooms you can rent for individual or group work or meetings!
Indie Coffee Roasters – Carmel
One of my personal faves. It’s bright, calm, and full of natural light – ideal for creative bursts or editing sessions. Bonus: the coffee is consistently excellent!
Schoolhouse 7 Café – Fishers
An actual schoolhouse turned coffee shop? Yes, please. It’s full of cozy corners, charming character, and just enough buzz to keep you motivated.
Geist Coffee Co. – Geist/Fishers
A warm, rustic gem with plenty of space to think, plan, or meet a client. It’s got those small-town vibes with big-time focus energy.
Rivet Coffee Bar and Roastery – Westfield
My go to for coffee meetings and the occasional breakfast with my family! This place is the best in the spring or summer when you can enjoy the patio space and fresh air. Plus, they always have amazing speciality drinks!
Noble Coffee & Tea Company – Noblesville
This adorable and tasty shop right off of the Noblesville Square is one of the first places I spent time working when we moved back to Indianapolis. It is so nice and cozy and has a vintage small town feel. They have a great large, open room with various tables and chairs and the coffee, tea and food is wonderful!
Bovaconti Coffee – Carmel
This new to Carmel spot is right off of Main Street and Rangeline and honestly the vibes are amazing! Such a perfect spot for some content creation or to catch up on emails while enjoying a coffee or croissant. I recently had a meeting here and loved everything about it – I can’t wait to go back!

This one feels like a blend of Pinterest-worthy design and intentional community. Whether you’re booking a day pass or a private meeting room, it’s a great spot to connect with fellow entrepreneurs.
Launch Fishers – Fishers
A local staple in the coworking scene. Tons of open space, business resources, and a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to focus and get things done.
Refinery46 – Keystone at the Crossing
Calling all creatives! This stylish space caters to makers and small biz owners, complete with podcast booths and media rooms – perfect for content creators looking to level up.
The Club Coworking – Crosspoint Center
The Club offers luxury executive suites for you and your team, as well as multiple coworking memberships to accommodate every professional no matter what stage their business is in. They also have a TON of amazing amenities!
Public Libraries are Some of the Best Northside Indianapolis Spots for Coworking
Listen I LOVE a free spot to work that is quiet and doesn’t require me to purchase anything. For me that list always includes the Public Library. I have been a library lover since I was a kid (hellooo – Book-It! and Pizza Hut) and some things never change!
Westfield Washington Public Library – Westfield
This new addition to Westfield was SO needed and is just absolutely beautiful! Filled with rooms you can reserve, open spaces to sit and chat, and a children’s area that can keep your kids of all ages entertained while you fire off a few emails. Bonus – they have a Rivet Coffee location in the library!
Carmel Clay Public Library – Carmel
The Carmel Library has been a long time favorite spot for working, and with the addition of their Media Lab it’s arguably the best (free) Northside Indianapolis Spot for Coworking! Plenty of space to work and meeting rooms galore. The Media Lab has room for podcasting, video creation, 3D printing and os much more! Don’t forget to hit up Java House before you start your work session!
