We are thankfully starting to get some perfectly seasonal weather in here in Indiana. Cool mornings and warm afternoons, the perfect mix of summer and fall! Having the chance to capture family photography in Terre Haute gives me a great opportunity to visit my family and work with wonderful people from my home town.
Having the chance to photograph this family was a lot of fun! I knew mom and dad when we all went to high school together, and I can’t believe it’s over been 13 years! We all live in Indy now, but we had fun reminiscing in Terre Haute. I officially feel (very) old. How wonderful it was to see them again after many years, and have the privilege to meet their sweet little boy and adorable baby girl!
This little guy is destined to be a star athlete just like his dad! He is already a runner and he loved romping around the park with his family. He was such a good little model and kept looking right at the camera and saying “cheese”. It just melted my heart. Too sweet!
This little ball of energy became my best pal during the session. At one point she only wanted me to hold her and didn’t want to join in on family photos. Thankfully, with some help from mom, we were able to convince her that she should join in on the pictures.
Both kids loved exploring Fowler Park and we had a lot of fun playing while I captured some images. They are so lucky to have each other! These little ones are in for a life long adventure as best pals. Aren’t adorable siblings just the best?!
Thank you to this wonderful family for trusting me to capture their yearly family photos. I had so much fun and really enjoyed our night at the park. I truly have the best job in the world and I get to work with such amazing families!
