A few things you may not know about Indianapolis Photographer Kelli White
With the fall season quickly approaching I am getting excited to meet some new Terre Haute and Indianapolis families and see many familiar faces again! I love to learn about each person I photograph and today I wanted to share a little bit more about myself. Here are 5 things you may not know about me:
I love coffee… and I am a bit of a coffee snob 🙂
My husband and I took a trip to Australia a few years ago and I fell in love with great coffee and small local coffee shops. Pour over is my favorite way to have coffee and we use a Chemex to brew our beans at home.
I love to travel
I’ve been to 36 of the 50 states and I’ve been to 7 countries outside of the US. To me travel and photography are two of the only things you can buy that make your life richer. I love seeing new cultures and meeting people from different places and backgrounds. The world is an amazing place!
I like to run
I run kinda slow, but I enjoy it and spend most mornings on the Monon Trail in Indianapolis running and walking with my daughter. In 2015 I ran the Chicago Marathon and it was a great experience. I trained long and hard, and it was such a cool accomplishment.
I love to cook… and eat!
When I’m not photographing families or couples you will probably find me in our kitchen whipping up some new concoction, or trying out a local restaurant. I love watching competitive cooking shows (i.e. MasterChef, Food Network Star, Great British Baking Championship…) and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday!
I love sports
I played college golf at IUPUI and worked in the sports world for a few years prior to becoming a photographer. I love March Madness and NFL football! I even used to commission an all ladies Fantasy Football league. I enjoy watching the competitions and the thrill of an exciting game.
Thanks for reading and learning more about my little life. If you are interested in connecting or setting up a session touch base any time. I’d love to meet and learn more about you!
